Dan Sater was awarded four American Residential Design Awards (ARDA™), at the 59^th Annual American Institute of Building Design Convention in Portland, Oregon.  In addition to the Designer of the Year award, Dan won second place honors for a model home located in Lithia, FL, built by Homes by J.C. Fowkes, as well as honors for published designs and community development.
