At the 2009 Southeast Building Conference, the Sater Companies was awarded an Aurora Award in the Single-Family Home category. The winning design was created by Sater Group for the Lakes at Plantation Pines community being constructed by R.S. Parker Homes in Little River, South Carolina.
The winning plan is the Zurich, and is currently available for sale by the Sater Design Collection under plan number 6546.
